Featuring premium optics and powerful distance measurement capability, the 6x20 Prostaff 1000i Rangefinder will help you take more accurate shots. You'll get 2-yard accuracy when ranging deer as far as 600 yards away; maximum range to a reflective surface is 1000 yards. TRU TARGET technology lets you choose between the closest and most distant objects, which is very helpful when ranging an object while other objects or obstacles are in your view. The ID system provides an accurate distance measurement to an uphill or downhill target so you can choose the perfect holdover. You can choose between spot readings or continuous measurement for up to 8 seconds, and if a spot measurement fails, you'll automatically have up to 4 seconds of continuous measurement to capture the range.

Beyond its ranging capabilities, the Prostaff 1000i is a competent 6x20 monocular, with anti-reflection multi-coated optics for a bright, clear image. Its housing is ergonomically designed for a comfortable grip, the 16.7mm eye relief is helpful to users who wear eyeglasses, and the control buttons are strategically placed for ease of use. Bearing an IPX4-equivalent water-resistance rating, this device isn't afraid of a little rain or snow, and at just 3.6 x 2.9 x 1.5", it fits easily in a pocket or pack.

Accuracy at Virtually any Angle

The PROSTAFF 1000i 6x20 Laser Rangefinder features ID (Incline/Decline) Technology—with a Horizontal Distance / Actual Distance display mode that can be easily switched depending upon your preference. With a solid 1,000-yard maximum ranging capability that fits into the hand, together with compact ergonomics that fit your pocket, the PROSTAFF 1000i is perfect for rifle or bow hunting. A 6x optical system makes seeing—and ranging—deer out to 600 yards a reality, while the Tru-Target system allows you to select either First Target or Distant Target Priority. Weather resistant/rainproof construction.

Tru-Target Technology

Choose between two different ranging modes depending on the situation. First target priority mode allows you to range an object as small as a fence post while distant target priority mode displays the range of the farthest target among a group of targets measured.

ID (Incline/Decline) Technology

Nikon’s advanced ID [Incline/Decline] Technology provides the horizontal distance to the target, even when ranging at various incline or decline shooting angles—up to an incredible +/- 89 degrees [nearly vertical up or down].
