BAP Equipment Limited located in Fredericton, New Brunswick,Canada was established in 1987 to sell and service forestry outfitting equipment. Increased demand for quality products and customer satisfaction resulted in BAP expanding their product line to include Surveying, Geology, Safety, Environmental, Scientific Educational and Outdoor products.

With rapid growth and technological advancements, the company broadened its client base and sales within Canada, USA and Europe are now part of the everyday business dealings of BAP. We Ship World Wide and strive to get your products delivered to you in the fastest and most cost effective manner.

Besides their retail devision BAP Equipment also manufacture a full line of speciality Field Vest and Bags under the name BAP FIELD GEAR.This product line has been distributed via a successful dealer network since 1997. Building solid relationships allows BAP's focus to provide new improved product lines and customized items to valued dealers and end users.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

We try to ship out orders the same day or next day! You we will contacted via email or phone if any items are temporarily out stock or unavailable. You have the option of either air or surface freight via parcel post mail, bus, truck and courier or you can pick up your order from our store. Please note shipping costs vary based on size and weight of package. All shipments are FOB Our distribution center We also process orders with a specified carrier of your choice, shipping charges collect.

Shipping Methods:

We use Parcel Post, Courier, Transport, Bus, and Air for shipment of your orders. It is our policy to ship by the most economical carrier. Some items (such as hazardous materials) have certain rules which will determine what carrier can be used. If you specify the shipment method, we will do our best to send it by the carrier you request.All shipmets are FOB Wharehouse unless otherwise agreed apon.

Shipping Charges:

For your convenience, when selecting your method of shipment, you will be provided with all of the methods of shipment we offer along with the estimated rates for your order. This allows you to compare rates and choose the method which best meets your needs. Packing List When you receive your order, inside you will find a Packing List showing the items that have been shipped.

Damaged Shipments:

Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and its contents for damage. Report any damage to us immediately by calling 1-800-561-3600. Be sure to have your Packing List with the order number on hand when you call. Also include details about the damage. Together, we will work out the details on a reshipment of your order.

Hazardous Materials Charges:

Certain items require an additional charge per package for shipping. You are notified of hazmat charges if they apply to your order.

Hazardous Materials Returns:

There are strict rules for shipping HazMat items. If you need to return a HazMat item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-561-3600 or 1-506-450-1309 on International order

Return Policy

We will gladly refund or exchange, regular stock items in original condition and packaging,accompanied with a receipt within 30 days.

Special order

Items may be exchanged at the discretion of management and are subject to a restocking charge of 20%.

Warranty

Items will be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair or replacement with the applicable shipping charges paid by the customer.
