These soil sampling tools are constructed of nickel-chrome plated, 16-gauge steel to resist abrasion. A one-piece, welded-sampler with a 12" tube which extracts a sample 9"L x 3/4"dia. Screw-in tip (S-2) for moist soil cuts a sample 3/4"dia.

The Bayonet-Style Coupling Sleeve provides quick coupling without the use of tools, and there is no jamming of the connection even under adverse working conditions.

Two-piece Auger Systems are made up of the Handle,and a Bottom Auger section.An additional extension section is also available for lower depths.They are connected with a bayonet-style connection.

The 39" extension rod allow you to sample to lower depths. Multiple rods can be added to the auger that are connected with the bayonet coupling sleeve.
