SPOT X, The world’s only two-way satellite messenger with full QWERTY keyboard, also has its own dedicated Canadian mobile number so others can conveniently message you directly at any time. With hunting season in full swing and snowmobiling just around the corner, SPOT X with Bluetooth is a great way to improve safety and communications for all outdoor enthusiasts.

Users now have the flexibility to use the new SPOT X device to connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth® wireless technology through the SPOT X app and to seamlessly send and receive satellite messages.  With the ability to access your smartphone contacts in the App, you can communicate easily with family, friends, co-workers or directly with Search & Rescue services in a life-threatening situation. The app is available from the user’s mobile device app store.

If preferred or when necessary, SPOT X can be used as a standalone communication device.


SPOT X provides 2-way satellite messaging so you can stay connected to family, friends and co-workers whenever you’re outside of cellular range, including direct communication with Search & Rescue services in case of a life-threatening emergency. SPOT X even provides you with your own Canadian personal mobile number so others can message you directly from their cell phone or other SMS devices at any time.

With the recommended Adventurer Service Plan, you can send and receive unlimited messages with friends, family, co-workers and Search & Rescue, as well as take advantage of all tracking intervals SPOT X has to offer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• 12 month term applies to all SPOT X Service Plans.
• Additional fees may be charged for international messages.
• Monthly Plans: Unused messages will not be rolled over to the next month (billing cycle).
• Annual Plans: Receive plan messages up front and use it whenever you like during the year.
Messages will expire after 12 months.
